About the Gallery

The Fresh Air Nature Photography past winners gallery is a permanent, curated collection of the finest photographs submitted to our monthly competitions. Every image displayed here won its category through community voting, earning recognition from fellow photographers who understand just how difficult it is to capture nature at its finest. These winning photographs represent an extraordinary range of subjects, locations, seasons, and techniques. Browsing this gallery is one of the best ways to get a sense of what our judges and community respond to most strongly, and to draw inspiration for your own time in the field. We are incredibly proud of the quality of work our members produce, and we are honored to display it here as a testament to the skill, patience, and passion that nature photography demands.

Our gallery is organized by competition month and category. Each winning image is displayed alongside the photographer's name, the title of the photograph, the category it won, and the month of the competition it was entered in. As our community grows and our monthly competitions continue, this gallery will expand into an ever-richer archive of outstanding nature photography from locations across the country and around the world.
